Berrett & Associates Career Development division was founded in 1988 and provides career and life planning consulting services to private and corporate clients and public institutions. Efforts focus on career development and life management strategies that enrich both the individual and the organization.

Founder

Dwayne Berrett is the principle of Berrett & Associates, Career Development division specializing in organizational and individual career transition assistance.

Ms. Berrett is a California Registered Career Counselor and holds Master's degrees in Career Development and Education. She is referenced for her work in What Color is Your Parachute by Richard Bolles. In addition to her private consulting, she has instructed a variety of career development courses at both the university and community colleges.

Dwayne is an active member in a number of organizations including the California Career Development Association, the Human Resource Association of Central California, the Rotary Club of Fresno, and is currently serving on the Advisory Board of the Marjaree Mason Center. She volunteers her time in the support of efforts at the local domestic violence shelter.
